Between Appointments
The minutes between scheduled appointments allows time to sanitize the space. Time between appointments is for cleaning, not chatting.
Canceling or Rescheduling
Please give a 24 hour notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24 hour advance notice and I am unable to fill your reserved appointment time, you will be charged the full price of your "missed" appointment.
No-shows
If you forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment for whatever reason it will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged the full price of your “missed” appointment.
Late for Appointment
If you are running late, your session may be shortened. Regardless of the treatment time given, you will be charged the price of a “full” session.
